Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding.
Use a text editor to edit the "global.Gs" file in the saved game direcotry for the game. The Chakra skills are defined as one of the following variable names, followed by a nmuber from "0" to "4". Increase any number up to "4" to get the corresponding Cahkra skill.
For example, "skill_level_yellow0" to "skill_level_yellow4".
